  • Screening for Dyslexia via on online assessment with analysis of the resulting report, with recommendations for reasonable adjustments to facilitate an inclusive working environment.
     

  • Analysis of Educational Psychologist’s Reports with recommendations for reasonable adjustments to facilitate an inclusive working environment.
     

  • Collaboration with employers to identify what adjustments are feasible, practical and reasonable. This would include recommendations of relevant hardware and software, e.g. text to speech, dictation, mind-mapping.
     

  • Setting up of in-house Workplace Assessment teams: this can include, for example, creation of templates for referral forms, Workplace-based Assessment reports, spreadsheets to log referrals, reasonable adjustment recommendations for work, exams and interview processes.
     

  • Bespoke training of teams to become Level 4 Workplace Assessors, incorporating their in-house processes to ensure organisational capability and competency.
     

  • Visual Stress Testing to ensure that appropriate resources are recommended. e.g. monitor and A4 overlays, coloured paper, reading rulers.​
