We conduct Workplace Assessments to ensure that employees are able to thrive in their workplace, with reasonable adjustment recommendations that may be relevant for Dyslexia, Menopause, Returning to work, Dyspraxia, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, ADHD etc. A thriving workplace is one where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to perform at their best.

​A positive work environment is the foundation for employee well-being and productivity. It involves creating a space where employees feel safe, appreciated, and part of a cohesive team.

We deliver bespoke training of teams to become Level 4 Workplace Assessors, incorporating any in-house processes to ensure organisational capability and competency. This can include, the creation of templates for referral forms, Workplace-based Assessment reports, log referral spreadsheets, reasonable adjustment recommendations for work, exams and interview processes.

 

We conduct Visual Stress Tests to ensure that appropriate resources are recommended. e.g. monitor and A4 overlays, coloured paper, reading rulers.

 

We started as Fontana Training in Sept 2013, delivering high quality training and facilitating success for its clients. As a College of Policing Approved Provider we delivered the Certificate in the Knowledge of Policing to Metropolitan Police recruits and to undergraduates as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Wolverhampton. We achieved a 100% pass rate.
